The Roar of Tamluk

In 1942, Tamluk, West Bengal revolted, completely ousting colonial rule to run an independent parallel government for two years. The defining moment was led by 73-year-old Matangini Hazra. She marched fearlessly, holding the tricolor high even as British forces shot her. Tamluk proved to the Empire that the fire for self-governance can never be crushed. Delhivery bows to the valour of the people of Tamluk, whose sacrifices paved our way to freedom.
