The Resilience of Muzaffarnagar

In April 1930, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh erupted in widespread civil disobedience against colonial rule. Inspired by the Salt Satyagraha, Mukundlal Tyagu organized and led village volunteer groups to enforce a boycott of British goods and defy imperial taxes.
